How do your clothes fit?

Some clothes may fit slightly smaller, please refer to the size chart before ordering. We will not exchange different sizes.

What currency and payments do you accept?

All of our prices are in USD. Your bank may charge you a conversion fee. We accept all credit + visa debit cards.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. As of right now we only accept returns only if the item is damaged, but do not offer exchanges. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with their original packaging and tags. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and initiate a return by emailing: junmannerhomme@gmail.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship all of our products worldwide. All packages are traceable & insured.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days (not including weekends). Please allow more time during peak seasons. You will receive an email once your order has dispatched.

I would like to change my order/cancel my order. What do I do?

Please email us immediately at junmannerhomme@gmail.com with your order number. Be aware that once your order has been shipped there is nothing we can do. 

How long will shipping take?

Depending on your chosen shipping rate and destination, shipping usually takes about 7 - 21 days once your order has been dispatched. We try our very best to guarantee fast shipping!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

How do I track my package?

Once an order has been fulfilled you will see the tracking attached. Head over to http://www.yuntrack.com/ and enter your tracking number.
